I have 20 years combined training and broadcasting experience in health promotion. My track record has been in developing regional health promotion initiatives which include women’s personal development courses for public sector staff. My experience has been extensive in the delivery of NHS Health Trainers certificate, Mental Health First Aid, HIV basic and advanced training to various agencies.

Career highlights
- I presented and produced Health Africa & High Flyer radio programmes – it was a real honour to meet some very distinguished doctors, nurses and professors
- As a result of that experience I was runner up for an award of excellence in Communications & Media for GPA 2004 awards (Ghana Professional Awards)
- I was the co author of health promotion material which won 2002 BMA (British Medical Association) Patient Information Award
